Andrea Chesman, author of Recipes from the Root Cellar, will sign copies of her book, which will delight anyone who's come up against the challenge of keeping their winter diet both local and interesting through the season. 

Tracey Madeiros, author of Dishing Up Vermont, has created a delicious collection of recipes from chefs and farmers around the state. The recipes take advantage of the best our state's fields and forests have to offer.
